Information we process

• Your email address, account identifier, and authentication information needed for registration and login. Our identity provider handles passwords; we do not store plaintext passwords in the task database.
• Public YouTube, TikTok or Instagram links you submit, video titles and durations, job status, AI analysis text, model token usage, and estimated cost.
• Necessary request and security logs for service delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.

Use and sharing

We use this information for login, processing the video you request, showing your private jobs and results, controlling free usage and costs, support, and service security. Netlify provides hosting, identity, and database services. Google's YouTube Data API reads public video information; the Gemini API analyzes YouTube video links. TikTok and Instagram preflight temporarily downloads public media to check duration and readability. After you confirm analysis, we retrieve the media again and upload it to the Gemini API. Local temporary files are cleaned up after processing. We request deletion of uploaded files after the job ends and retry failed deletions during subsequent maintenance. Processing may occur outside your region. Stripe processes payments and subscriptions. We retain billing identifiers, plan entitlements and usage records, but do not receive full card numbers. We do not sell your job results.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and job results while your account is active so you can view past results. After identity verification, you can request access, correction, or deletion of your account and jobs using the email above. When an account is deleted, we delete related jobs and model attempt records. Provider security logs and information legally required to be retained may remain for their applicable periods. Do not submit private or unpublished videos or sensitive personal information.

Your choices

You may choose not to register or submit a video link; related features will then be unavailable. Contact us to exercise applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, or other rights. We may need to verify that you own the account.

This notice covers the website and authorized MCP features. We will update this page and its date if the service scope or data processing changes materially.

Website analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure visits to public pages. Google may use cookies and device and visit data to provide analytics. We do not send email addresses, video jobs or authorization codes through this tracking. Use Analytics preferences on public pages to decline future tracking; existing cookies can be removed through browser settings.
