Service and minutes

An eligible account with a confirmed email may analyze one public YouTube, TikTok or Instagram video of up to 3 minutes for free. Before paid analysis begins, we show the video duration and estimated minutes. We round the full video duration up to whole minutes and deduct them only after successful analysis; failures release reserved minutes. The current limit is 20 minutes per video. AI results may be wrong; verify important facts against the source video.

Plans and tax

• Credit pack: US$4 for 30 minutes, valid for 12 months after payment, with no automatic renewal.
• Personal subscription: US$9 per month for 120 minutes in each paid billing period.
• Pro subscription: US$19 per month for 300 minutes in each paid billing period, with separate personal and business purchase options.

Subscription minutes expire at the end of their paid billing period and do not roll over. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and stops future renewals. The USD prices above exclude tax that may be added. Stripe Checkout shows the amount due and applicable tax before payment. Stripe processes payments; we do not receive full card numbers.

Refunds

Within 14 days of each payment, including a renewal, you may request a full refund to the original payment method if the paid minutes from that payment remain completely unused. After use, remaining minutes or early cancellation do not normally qualify for a voluntary prorated refund. If we cannot deliver the service, we will refund the undelivered portion or provide an appropriate remedy. Applicable statutory withdrawal, refund, and other consumer rights take precedence. Unused minutes from a refunded or disputed payment are revoked.

Use and contact

Submit only public video links you are entitled to use. Do not submit private or unpublished videos, or evade limits through multiple accounts or automation. From your workspace, you can use the Stripe billing portal to view invoices, update payment methods, and cancel subscriptions. Send service and refund requests to support@evidoclip.com.
